What we Achieved
We updated all Wonderware license to latest versions – version 2017 SP1. The services incorporated installing an analogous system to ensure a smooth transition to latest and upgraded systems from old systems while transforming the currently available software and upgrading the database in a timely manner.
What we Used
TeQnovation used the most recent Wonderware System Platform version – version 2017 SP1 to modernize all the operations in the plant, such as the use of Standard 64-bit 2014 version of Microsoft SQL Server instead of legacy SQL server software.
Goal of the Project
The goal of the project was to upgrade all Hamriyah Steel’s systems to the latest 2017 SP1 version. With this upgrade, Hamriyah Steel can exploit all features of the latest software for many years to come. One of such benefits is the continuous support of Wonderware and Microsoft.
