This document explains the issue encountered when using OMI App is the license is not acquired.

OMI Clients run in DEMO mode. After restarting the client, it shows runtime data then after some time (hours) it stops showing data and indicates configuration error.

It is also important to know that any license that has Read-Only feature from the vendor, will allow the application to run in read-only mode.

This document explains the troubleshooting steps for the OMI clients to acquire license when running.
