What we achieved
TeQnovation DMCC has been awarded a one-year service level agreement by Air Liquide Sohar and is currently providing software support, scheduled maintenance support, on-demand problem solution support and support extensions.
What we used
TeQnovation DMCC created a mutual understanding of service requirements and capabilities involved together with Air Liquide Sohar. All responsibilities have been documented during the initial phase of the support agreement and TeQnovation DMCC ensured that Air Liquide Sohar achieved the highest quality of services.
Goal of the Project
Provide excellent support, including configuration of proper anti-virus exclusions and patch management on a running system.
