This document describes the troubleshooting guidelines for the Deployment Agent Service issue that can occur after restoring an image from System Platform 2017 Update 3 SP1 P01 and do a name change on the respective installation. This issue occurred on an operator desktop with following software installed on it:

• ArchestrA Bootstrap
• Historian Client
• InTouch Runtime
