Historian 2020 R1 P01 upgrade to SP1 Installation

This document describes the upgrading procedure for the following component:

• AVEVA Historian 2020 R2 P01 to AVEVA Historian 2020 R2 SP1 formerly Wonderware).

Before starting the installation program, the system needs to be prepared. Make sure that your computer meets or exceeds the hardware and software requirements. Because the Historian is a high-performance relational database, it is also important to size your system to handle the level of data that you expect to store.

The Historian is tightly integrated with Microsoft products, and a working knowledge of both Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows operating systems is required.
