TeQnovation have seen many installations in different industry verticals. One of the major bottlenecks and reasons of under performance of a system is due to wrong preventive maintenance of the software solutions programmed in the different industries. Once a system has been validated based on Site Acceptance Tests and finally Performance Acceptance Tests, upon handover to the customer, in most of the cases the preventive maintenance is one of the last focuses after the completion of the project, both from integrator perspective as from end-user perspective. This often results in unexpected shutdowns, loss in production or other significant failures based on some common sense issues like full hard drive, log-file creations, RAM-memory increase due to expansion of the solution, etc. Hence, this section were we would like to create awareness of key preventive maintenance support.
