Air Liquide Sohar rewarded one-year service level agreement to TeQnovation and it is presently providing a various level of supports, including support extensions, on-demand problem solution, maintenance, and software support.
TeQnovation, in collaboration with Air Liquide Sohar mutually agreed upon capabilities and service requirements. All responsibilities and accountabilities have been recorded in the form of documentation during the initial support agreement phase. Furthermore, TeQnovation guaranteed the highest level of quality services to Air Liquide Sohar.
The primary aim of the project is to deliver excellent support, which includes patch management on a working system and proper antivirus configuration.
